Food

1 куриное бедро в двух порциях, 2.5 ложки гороха (около 60 грамм сухого) сварила и разделила на 2 части.
 

This are two of my 6 meal per day, I'll add here cabbage or apple, and Eating it with a delay of 2.5 hours.
This is my personal amount of proteins per day, 2g per each kilo, 100 gr. of protein per day.
My weight now 55 kilos,
I need 50, working hard.
This is 3rd month of my workout.
